Special Italian holidays

Do something special: discover a new region.

Gastronomic holiday in beautiful Sicily.

Few can boast of an everyman's cuisine that is so varied and consistently well-executed like the taste you encounter in Sicilian cuisine. Occupied at times by Arabs, Greeks, Carthaginians, Spaniards, Romans, Normans and others, this large island in the Mediterranean was practising "fusion" cuisine a couple of millennia before it became trendy.

This gastronomic tour will uncover the hidden gem that is Sicilian cuisine, while also introducing you to the beauty and breadth of Sicilian culture and history.

Dates for 2009:
 19th September - 26th September
 26th September - 3rd October

Organised for you by La Dante in partnership with Sicily4You
